AI consulting for companies

Sometimes you don't need an implementation or an audit, just someone who tells you plainly whether the idea makes sense, roughly what it costs and what to expect. One session, a straight answer, no long-term contract.

When it makes sense

Every offer mentions AI today, which makes it harder and harder to tell what is feasible from what is promised. An hour with someone who has built these systems usually saves a few weeks.

  • You have an idea for using AI and don't know whether it can be done for sensible money.
  • You have received an implementation offer and want a second opinion before you sign it.
  • Your team proposes three different tools and nobody can settle the argument.
  • You started building something, got stuck, and don't want to hire anyone permanently.

What you get

A 60-minute session

A call on Google Meet about your case alone. No sales presentation. A longer session, or a meeting in person, we arrange separately.

A feasibility assessment

Plainly: what can be done today, what can be done for more money, and what doesn't yet work well enough to build a process on.

Recommended tools

Specific technologies chosen for the problem and for what you already have, with the reasons for each.

A note after the session

A written summary of what we agreed and the next steps, so you have something to show your team or your board.

How it goes

  1. You book a session

    A few minutes

You pick a time and describe the topic in a few sentences, so I can prepare.

  2. The session

    60 min

We talk through your case. If something needs checking, I say so rather than guess.

  3. The note

    Within 2 working days

You get a written summary with a recommendation and the next steps I suggest.

What it costs

€75 net / hour

A booked session lasts 60 minutes. A longer session is billed for every hour started, and for a series of sessions we agree a package.

All prices are net of VAT. VAT is charged under EU rules, and a company in another EU country is invoiced under the reverse charge.

A 60-minute session on Google Meet for €75 net. Until it can be booked online in English, write to me through the contact form.

Common questions

How much does an hour of consulting cost?

A booked session lasts 60 minutes and costs €75 net, including the note afterwards. A longer session is billed for every hour started.

How is it different from the free intro call?

The free call is for checking whether I can help at all. I don't solve your problem on it. A paid consultation is about your case alone and ends with a written recommendation.

Will you review an offer I got from another company?

Yes, it is one of the most common reasons to book. We go through the scope, the assumptions and the price, and I tell you what I would clarify before you sign. I review the offer, not the competitor.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes, as a matter of course. We can use your template or mine. My Terms of Cooperation bind me to confidentiality anyway, with or without a separate agreement.

Do you run sessions for a team?

Yes. A workshop for 3–8 people works well when you need to decide a direction together, or to raise the level of the AI conversation in the team. I then price the whole session, not per person-hour.

Let's talk about your case

A free intro call, 30 minutes. If I can't help, I will say so straight away.

A 30-minute call on Google Meet. The calendar opens in a new tab, and the nearest free slots are usually within a few working days.
